The Wheaty: keeping beer real, wine independent, whisky odd, music live and art public since 2003. After pouring everyone else's' excellent beers for eleven years, they figured it was time to start brewing their own - time to install their own stainless and start walking the walk. So in early 2014 that's what they did; in the form of a Premier Stainless 600L Brewhouse with three single batch fermentors. Just the right size to play; enabling them to brew whatever, however, and whenever they want.
