Presentation - Sunday 18th September @ 12:30pm, Wheatsheaf Hotel, George St, Thebarton ->- Family & friends welcome ->- The Wheatsheaf Hotel does not cater for food so bring along some snacks ->- The presentation takes about an hour

SABSOSA 2016 CATEGORIES, STYLE GUIDELINES, ENTRY FORM AND ENTRY DROP OFF POINT INFORMATION
SABSOSA CATEGORIES & STYLE GUIDELINES
SABSOSA will be using the 2015 Categories and Style Guidelines as used by the AABC. (Note: Do not use the recently released 2015 BJCP Style Guidelines)

SABSOSA ENTRY FORM
We are using an online system called CompMaster this year as our primary entry option.

Please ensure the entry form is filled out correctly and it is attached to your bottle(s) with a rubber band. Place your entry fee into a sealed envelope and attach this to the bottle. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or electronic banking (details are on the entry form). Please provide a copy of your banking receipt if you have made an EFT payment.

SUBMITTING ENTRIES TO AABC 2015 BEING JUDGED IN BRISBANE ON 17-18th OCTOBER'
The best three beers in each category of SABSOSA and are invited to vie for national glory at the Australian Amateur Brewing Championship.

Once again SABSOSA will send entries to AABC on behalf of eligible entrants. Category winners and place getters from SABSOSA 2015 are strongly encouraged to bring along their bottles, entry forms and payment to the trophy presentation on 20th September. If you unable to make the presentation then please contact SABSOSA at email@example.com by 18th September to make alternative drop off arrangements with a committee member. If these arrangements do not suit then eligible entrants will need to get their entries to Canberra by themselves (please notify firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case)
Fill out the entry form on the AABC website for each entry and bring your fee of $10 per entry (Cash or Cheques made payable to QAAWBC Inc)
We need to get as many entries as possible to compete at AABC. In 2013 SA just missed out on taking out the best state award. Unfortunately not all eligible SABSOSA brewers were able to enter their beers for various reasons. The first port of call for entry information is always the SABSOSA committee via email@example.com . Your emails will always be answered and bottle drop offs can be arranged around Adelaide. Oh yeah and if you think you have made a cracker of a beer then make sure you stash an extra one away for the AABC. Winning SABSOSA with your last bottle is great but winning at AABC with your last bottle would be even better!!!
