| After a series of informal meetings among small brewery owners based in and around Adelaide the South Australia Micro Brewers Association(SAMBA) was incorporated in August 2006. Core to its charter is the aim to enhance professional expertise among local brewers through fellowship and the sharing of knowledge and experience, with the view to promoting the best possible product for all of our customers. As an association all of our members are dedicated to producing true quality craft product, using the best available ingredients and without the aid of artificial preservative or additive.
